The Waunakee location is a locally owned and operated franchise of Super-Lube. Dan Gleisner has owned the location since 2008. With over 25 years in the automotive industry, Dan brings extensive knowledge to the business and can be found at the shop most days of the week.
Dan’s son Mason is in high school and daughter Taylor is looking forward to a career where she can put her degree in Human Biology to work. She also recently became a mother to an adorable little boy.

The Manager is the link between the Area Manager and other employees. The Manager is charged with the responsibility of setting a good example for how to conduct one’s self at all time. Moreover, he or she is responsible for interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing and resolving complaints and problems.
Area Manager applicants will need to attach a resume with their application.
The Assistant Manager is the link between the Manager and other employees. The Assistant Manager has all of the responsibilities of the Manager as he or she is expected to perform these duties when the Manager is not at the service center. He or she is not responsible for interviewing and training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.
The Technician is the backbone of the service process. It is the Technician’s mechanical performance and service that strengthen customer perception of Super-Lube’s ® professionalism, confidence, and quality. Having presence of mind is crucial for the Technician to perform the job with excellence. This entails hearing, understanding, and acknowledging each service opportunity.
