About the Owner

Stop in the Super Lube of Rochelle and be greeted by Harold or Kathy Brooks. The Super Lube was started in 1995 by Harold Brooks and Stan Elson as the Oil X-Change of Rochelle. Both Harold and Stan are still partners in the business.  Oil Changes have always been the core service, but Super Lube now performs many more maintenance services.  We can even renew your license plate sticker.  Our service is professional and no appointment is necessary!

MANAGERS AND AREA MANAGERS

The Manager is the link between the Area Manager and other employees. The Manager is charged with the responsibility of setting a good example for how to conduct one’s self at all time. Moreover, he or she is responsible for interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing and resolving complaints and problems.

Area Manager applicants will need to attach a resume with their application.

ASSISTANTS

The Assistant Manager is the link between the Manager and other employees. The Assistant Manager has all of the responsibilities of the Manager as he or she is expected to perform these duties when the Manager is not at the service center. He or she is not responsible for interviewing and training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.

LUBE TECHNICIANS

The Technician is the backbone of the service process. It is the Technician’s mechanical performance and service that strengthen customer perception of Super-Lube’s ® professionalism, confidence, and quality. Having presence of mind is crucial for the Technician to perform the job with excellence. This entails hearing, understanding, and acknowledging each service opportunity.
