About the Owner

Aimann Hafez (L) and Tom Chambasian (R) are the owners and operators of Super-Lube Oil Change Centers. Both have been in the industry for over 30 years and are actively involved in national groups to stay up to date on changing trends to best care for their customers. Super-Lube is involved in community service initiatives that extend beyond their many service locations. As business owners, Chambasian and Hafez support area food banks, local school district fundraising events and educational seminars for women that teach automotive preventative maintenance. Their main goals include taking care of the customers, employees and staff. They take time to spend with employees giving them an opportunity, coaching and training them – it’s where they started and know that it’s also the future of the industry.

The Manager is the link between the Area Manager and other employees. The Manager is charged with the responsibility of setting a good example for how to conduct one’s self at all time. Moreover, he or she is responsible for interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing and resolving complaints and problems.

Area Manager applicants will need to attach a resume with their application.


The Assistant Manager is the link between the Manager and other employees. The Assistant Manager has all of the responsibilities of the Manager as he or she is expected to perform these duties when the Manager is not at the service center. He or she is not responsible for interviewing and training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.


The Technician is the backbone of the service process. It is the Technician’s mechanical performance and service that strengthen customer perception of Super-Lube’s ® professionalism, confidence, and quality. Having presence of mind is crucial for the Technician to perform the job with excellence. This entails hearing, understanding, and acknowledging each service opportunity.
